First Year Students

First-Year Students are students who have been out of high school for less than five years and have not enrolled in any college courses with the exception of dual enrollment courses.

We are excited that you have decided to attend 好色小姨! To confirm your spot at our university, please complete the steps in the checklist below by the appropriate deadline. As a reminder, you will need your Lions account to complete a number of these tasks.

Application Deadline for Fall Semester:听August 1

Application Deadline for Spring Semester:听December 1

Application Requirements:
  • First Time in College GPA: 3.0
    • If GPA is falls below, please submit one of the following supplemental documents.
      • SAT and/or ACT scores
      • Teacher or Counselor Recommendation Letter
      • One page essay on why you want to attend and how you plan to be successful.
    • Transfer Student GPA: 2.5
    • Test Optional

Checklist to Being a 好色小姨 Lion:

1. Be admitted to 好色小姨 University by following the application process above.鈥�

2. Complete the Financial Aid Process鈥�

If you don’t want to complete the FAFSA, you can complete the鈥�.鈥�听

If you are an International or DACA Student, complete the鈥�鈥�听

3. Pay your deposits:鈥�

4. Register for a Summer Orientation:鈥�
5. Set up your student email鈥� (only after deposit is paid)

NOTE: This may take up to one week to be processed.

6. Complete the Financial Agreement

7. Send final high school transcripts, AP scores, CLEP scores and official Dual Enrollment transcripts to undergraduate admissions.鈥� 鈥�

Health services Immunization Record鈥�(to be printed and completed by your health care provider, includes MCV4 shot and TB test)

9. Complete the Fall Course Preference Survey

(will be sent to students鈥� LIONS emails beginning in May)

10. Pay balance or set up payment plan

The deadline to set up a payment plan is July 15; the deadline to pay in full is 10 days prior to the start of classes.
